The Five Flushes of Fortune event is live in Genshin Impact, and there are plenty of rewards up for grabs. When you first log in to the game you will need to go and visit Ji Tong in Liyue for the “Kurious Kamera” mission.
Speak with him and he will give you a new Kamera to try out. It seems to be broken, and will only take pictures that are big blocks of color. He asks you to experiment with it to try and figure it out.
The Day One challenge is to take photos of red items, and this is where it gets a little bit confusing. On the event page, you will see five color cards. One is a red color, the others are blue, gold, ochre, and purple. Do not let these influence you too much, they don’t really mean anything.
What you need to do is find red items to take photos of, and the Kamera will randomly generate one of the colors in those five panels. When you have one of all five colors, return to Ji Tong to get your daily reward.
We went to Sunrise and took photos of Snapdragons and Wind Wheel Asters, and the Kamera eventually cycled through all the colors, giving us what we needed. Other items that work include Apples, Jeuyun Chilli, Valberry, and other such items.
The Kamera will pluck a color from the shots, and this appears to be random, so just keep using all the photos you get for the day, which is 10 in total until you have all at least one instance of all the small cards. After that, return to Ji Tong to claim your daily reward trove.
