Final Fantasy XIV’s 6.1 Patch is finally out for players to enjoy, but the update does come at the cost of several updates and hotfixes to ensure everything runs smoothly. While the update is complete, an All-World Emergency Maintenence has yet to commence.
Square Enix announced via the Final Fantasy XIV Lodestone that Final Fantasy XIV would receive a series of emergency hotfixes throughout the entire game. This maintenance aims to apply a series of quick fixes not addressed in the most recent 6.1 Patch.
All Worlds Emergency Maintenance Times
- Apr. 13, 2022 11:00 pm - Apr. 14, 2022 3:00 am (PT)Apr. 14, 2022 2:00 am - Apr. 14, 2022 6:00 am (ET)
During the above timeframe, players will not be able to log in and play Final Fantasy XIV. The Home World Transfer Service will also be offline, starting at 10:30 pm PT / 1:30 am ET and ending when the server maintenance concludes. The Final Fantasy XIV Companion App will also see limited functionality during maintenance.
