One of the exclusive, highly coveted items in Final Fantasy XV is the Wind-up Elvaan Minion. This hard-to-get rare drop is currently only available for a limited time. How to Get Wind-up Elvaan in Final Fantasy XIV

The Wind-up Elvaan Minion was first available in Patch 4.45 with the Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood expansion. It randomly drops from completing the dynamic FATE (Full Active Time Events) event “You Do Know Jack” in The Forbidden Land, Eureka Pyros. Aside from gambling with your luck for a drop, you can also obtain the Wind-up Elvaan during the Moogle Treasure Trove: The Hunt for Verity event, which begins on July 25, until the launch of Endwalker‘s Patch 6.2 sometime around late August 2022.

Running specific Dungeon, Raid, or PvP Duties alongside other FFXIV players will reward you with the Irregular Tomestones of Verity special currency, which you can then exchange for a Wind-up Elvaan Minion for 50 Tomestones. After you’ve collected enough Irregular Tomestones of Verity, make your way to one of the Itinerant Moogle vendors at:

  • Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks (X:9.4, Y:11.6).
  • New Gridania (X:12.4, Y:12.1).
  • Ul’dah – Steps of Nald (X:9.6, Y:9.1).
