Earlier today, we told you about a number of sales at Best Buy that featured a random assortment of games, but while there wasn’t much of a theme, they did have a little mini-Final Fantasy related sale we also thought we’d tell you about. This sale features an HD remaster of two classics that were originally on the PlayStation 2, as well as a fairly recently released PlayStation 4 game.
Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster released for the PlayStation 3 back in March to great sales, while the PS Vita version did not do so well. For those that may not have picked up the game yet at the full price of $39.99, Best Buy has a great deal for you. Through this coming Saturday, you can get the PlayStation 3 version of the game for only $24.99. In fact, if you are a Gamers Club Unlocked member, you will be able to get it for $19.99, with the 20% off bonus. This is an exceptional price for an exceptional game.
Also, Best Buy has discounted the PlayStation 4 version of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn by $10 to $29.99. Those who own the PlayStation 3 version of the game can automatically upgrade for free on the PS4, but if you have never played the game before, this is a great price to pick it up at. You will still have to pay the monthly subscription fee, but this is about the best way to gain entry in the first place.
Both of these deals will last through this coming Saturday, July 5, so make sure to stop by your local Best Buy or order online before this deal runs out.
