With FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, you can build the lineup of your dreams. Steadily boost your lineup with proper positioning, player cards, and more. A good way to do this is with Loyalty. In FIFA 23, there are a couple of ways to get player Loyalty to their FUT club to maximize their performance. We’ll address each way so that you can promptly improve your players and make the most out of your game.

How to Earn Player FUT Loyalty in FIFA 23

Although Chemistry is vital to a squad’s performance and skills in FUT, Loyalty can make a difference too. Loyalty affects player cards as well as the lineups. So, it isn’t a factor you want to ignore as you play.

In FIFA 23, a player can hold Loyalty to their FUT. You will easily know they are loyal when the shield icon on the player card is colored. In fact, Loyalty directly impacts Chemistry. Every time you earn Loyalty in FIFA 23, that player’s Chemistry goes up by 1. It’s not a lot, but every little bit counts when you want to boost gameplay stats for your team.

However, unloyal players are indicated by a gray-colored shield icon instead. So, how do we turn that shield from gray to color? Well, you have to play the game. It doesn’t matter if you perform any cool tricks while you do. Simply play, at minimum, 10 matches with that player to earn their Loyalty in FIFA 23. It is as straightforward as that.

However, it’s important to note that there’s a difference between purchased players from the Transfer Market and other players. Players bought from a pack are automatically loyal.

So, if you want a quick boost and headstart to your lineup, purchase a pack with FIFA 23 coins. Otherwise, play frequently with the player whose loyalty you need to earn to see an improvement in your team.
