Terry Bogard is joining Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. The Fatal Fury alum marks the newest addition to the ever-growing roster of fighters.

Terry Bogard, known as the Legendary Wolf, arrives in this must-have DLC. Along with Bogard, players will also get the King of Fighters Stadium stage and 50 music tracks from various SNK titles.

“By featuring an iconic fighting game character like Terry Bogard, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate expands its legacy as the quintessential love letter to the past and future of gaming,” said Nick Chavez, Nintendo of America’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “As Super Smash Bros. Ultimate continues to grow its roster of fighters, stages, and music through downloadable content, we hope players will enjoy meeting both new friends and familiar faces that bring the game to life in unexpected ways.”

All of the new content will be available to players who have purchased the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Fighters Pass. Switch owners can also buy the Challenger Pack 4 separately.

Terry Bogard has appeared in over 80 games spanning three decades. The character first appeared in 1991 in the beloved Fatal Fury: King OF Fighters. Since his debut, Bogard has become a staple in the fighting game community and morphed into a popular mascot for SNK.

Terry Bogard’s move list is a fitting homage to his fighting game roots. Think of the moves as a cross between the classic Fatal Fury gameplay and the Smash Bros. style we’ve all come to love. Many of the classic SNK games featuring Terry Bogard are also available in the Nintendo eShop.

In addition to the DLC, Smash Bros. fans can also download a free update that includes improvements to the battle arena and other new features. Purchasing the Fighter Pass will also grant players access to the five Challenger Packs. Each new pack will include a new fighter, new stage, and music tracks. Joker, Hero, and Banjo & Kazooie were previously released packs.
