There are three main methods to getting industrial circuits. The first method is by purchasing them from Lola at the black market. She is found at any Guerrilla Camp, which you unlock after completing regional operation missions. The second method is by selling alpha meat. You can obtain this meat by killing alpha animals that randomly spawn around the map.
