Far Cry 6 is now available, bringing players into the beautiful and evil world of Yara. Stepping into the shoes of either a male or female Yara, you’ll work alongside your fellow guerillas in an effort to put an end to Anton Castillo’s dictatorship. As you’re beginning your adventure, you’ll work towards taking out Fort Quito and weakening Castillo’s strength on the first island. While you may have trouble getting into the Armory, you may also have trouble finding the secret weapon hidden within. No worries though, because I’m here to help. Here’s how to find the Fort Quito Armory Key and get the Autocrat weapon in Far Cry 6!
How to Get the Fort Quito Armory Key and Autocrat Weapon in Far Cry 6
First of all, you’ll need to clear out Fort Quito so you have room to breathe. This can be done either through silently taking down each and every hostile you come into contact with. Or, if you’re like me and have zero patience, you can head in there with one of the starting weapons and murder every enemy in sight. As you’re killing the forces though, you’ll run into the Officer of the base (the strongest in the whole base in fact) who you’ll need to take down. This enemy will give you the key to the Fort Quito Armory. This contains not just extra supplies, but Depleted Uranium which is essential to progression. If you’re having troubles finding the room, you can find a picture of the door above.
Now, before you go running off to the next mission. Make sure to head through the door shown above at the bottom of the armory. Inside you’ll find a hatch, which you’ll want to head down to find a secret room. There’s plenty of stuff here, but you’ll want to pay attention to the gated off area. You’ll need to find a way inside, but it can’t be done with a key. Instead, head to the right side of this area where you’ll find some planks. Simply melee it to break these, and gain access to the room. Interacting with the small red chest on the shelf will net you the Autocrat pistol. This is a powerful little pistol, and should do nicely in the early game.
