The rumors that former show contestant Zach Shallcross will be the next Bachelor is not sitting well with fans. It’s not as if he is hated for any particular reason, but overall fans find him a bit dull. With most seasons people have favorites and there are just some other contestants they had hoped made it to the lead before he did. A couple names that came up repeatedly from fans were Aven Jones or Ethan Kang, but the over under does seem like Zach will be the man of the hour for the next season of this iconic show.
There are even diehard stans of this show who are saying they refuse to watch it if he is the lead. It seems a pretty drastic reaction, but fans of this series are nothing if not incredibly passionate.

Fans don’t want Zach Shallcross as the next Bachelor, but they haven’t officially announced who it is yet. It does look like Shallcross will be the lead, though. We have to withhold final judgement until the announcement is made official. This is a pretty typical reaction, though. Everybody just needs to sit idle now and wait to see who we do end up getting.
