One of the most requested features is finally coming to Fallout 76 at some point later this year: player created shops.

The functionality has been announced in a Bethesda blog post a few hours ago, together with a confirmation of stuff coming in 2019 we had already been told.

“Like our December 11 update, we will have a big update that will address many of the issues you’ve been providing feedback on. Full patch notes will follow soon,” reads the blog post.

“We’re also building an incredible list of future updates that we can’t wait to share, including new quests, weekly in-game events, new Vaults opening, a new PvP mode, Player Vending and much more.”

As you can see, that’s quite the usual list of things the developer is planning on adding to the game after the original launch.

Except, of course, for player vending, which had never been made official before, although being one the most requested functionality among community members.

We don’t have any other detail on the matter, and it remains to be seen if the feature is going to be linked to the camp or to the players.

Also, are we’re going to get default prices which are going to work for the entire world or we’ll have total freedom to set our prices?

“2019 is an exciting year for Fallout 76 and we can’t wait to grow it with you,” added the development team.

We’ll share more particulars as soon as Bethesda shares them.
