Zip up your radiation suits and charge your plasma rifles, because it’s time for another foray into the wilds of the Appalachian hills of West Virginia. Fallout 76 has just launched Season 4 with the Locked & Loaded Update, heralding the return of Armor Ace and the Power Patrol, along with a brahmin-load of new and improved content.

The Fallout 76 Locked & Loaded Update ushers in Season 4, featuring an all-new 100 Ranks Scoreboard involving Armor Ace and the Power Patrol in Cold Steel. This season has Ace and the Patrol battling Commissioner Chaos and the Yukon Five somewhere in the frigid north. As you Rank up, you’ll earn numerous new Season 4 items such as Mannequins, Sugar-free Nukashine, new Power Armor and Weapon skins, and many other C.A.M.P. and cosmetic items. You’ll also recognize the return of a few other previously available items, and Fallout 1st members will once again see special Rank rewards to reach and unlock on the Scoreboard.

Two is the magic number for the Locked & Loaded Update, it seems. Along with the Armor Ace upgrades, you can now set up two S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Perk loadouts when your character reaches level 25. You can also now build a second C.A.M.P. with the new Slots feature, though you can only have one active at a time. The content available for Daily Ops has also been (nearly) doubled, to include the new ‘Decryption’ mode, along with various new enemy types (Mothman Cultists, Mole Miners, and Scorched), enemy mutations (Group Regeneration, Swift-Footed, and Toxic Blood), locations (Vault 96, Watoga Raider Arena, and West Tek Research Center), and rewards such as the Covert Scout Armor.

The Fallout 76 nuclear-powered game engine has also been updated and improved to Update Version 1.5.2.32, which includes revisions to melee attacks and the Hunt for the Treasure Hunter Event (the next one’s on the way soon!). Multiple other fixes have also been implemented to UI, art and graphics, C.A.M.P.s, Workshops, Challenges, Items, and many more.
