The Fallout 76 Beta is sounding bigger than expected.

Fallout fans are just weeks away from getting their first hands-on time with Fallout 76 when Bethesda launches the planned beta for the game.  It wasn’t exactly clear what to expect from the beta for Fallout 76, until now.

The beta is slated for some time in October, but Bethesda hasn’t announced an exact date for when to expect it just yet.

As for how you can get into the beta, Bethesda has already revealed that pre-ordering Fallout 76 is the only way that you can get access to it.  The beta will be available on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and on PC through the Bethesda.net client.  Once you’ve received a code from the retailer that you’ve pre-ordered the game from, you’ll need to sign-in to the Bethesda website to redeem the code to access the test version of the game.

We should be hearing a lot more about Fallout 76 in the weeks ahead.  Quake-Con 2018 is just around the corner (August 9th – 12th) and the RPG is expected to have a big presence at the all things Bethesda convention.
