By now it seems plainly obvious that everyone loves Fall Guys with it currently on season 3 and showing no signs of stopping. It may be an angry, never wanting to play the game again kind of love, but we would all miss it dearly if it ceased to be, and the fleeting sense of anger always leads to one more go. Thankfully, developers Mediatonic have continued supporting Fall Guys since release and are continuing to with a season 3.5 update on the way soon. With a tagline of “Stop with the yeets, name it anything else, just don’t include the word yeet please, I’m begging you” the season 3.5 update seems to have a lot to offer.
The exact date of this update is unknown at present, but today the official Fall Guys Twitter page gave an update of what fans can expect. Firstly, the Godzilla, Sonic, and Goose Game costumes that were previously time-limited will be available in the regular store, which is pretty exciting for yours truly. Other new costumes will be made available, but they won’t be as good as Sonic of course.
There will be over 40 variations for existing Fall Guys levels as well as a brand new level and new DLC pack. Interestingly, the Tweet mentions something called Fall Feed. At this stage, it’s not known exactly what this is, but personally, I can’t wait to find out.
Exciting times certainly lie ahead for fans of Fall Guys. Hopefully, we’ll see it come to other consoles as currently, it’s still only available on PlayStation 4, and PC.
