Those little bean men and women are back. Do they even have genders? Are they all male like the Fall Guys title suggests? Maybe these questions will be answered one day, but one question certainly has been answered today: What’s the deal with Fall Guys Season 5 (AKA Jungle Adventure)? Well, as the title suggests, we’ll be heading to the jungle tomorrow, which is a fair bit of a departure considering the last season was set in the far future.

As ever with new seasons, we’ll be getting some new maps in Fall Guys Season 5 to add to the rotation. Treetop Tumble will see you take alternate paths in order to navigate yourself to the finish, all the while overcoming tricky obstacles like log swings and frogs (yes, frogs). Keeping with that frog theme, Lily Leapers tasks you with bouncing from pad to pad, taking great care to manage your trajectories in the air, while Bubble Trouble asks you to be like a kid or a dog (any other animal can realistically apply here) and pop as many bubbles as possible to advance! Stompin’ Ground challenges you with avoiding a number of rhinos – the last ones standing advance to the next round! Pegwin Party rounds out the selection by getting you to hold on to Pegwins for the longest amount of time possible.

If you make it all the way, there’s a new final round in Fall Guys Season 5 by the name of Lost Temple, which plays with the concept of shifting paths and temples. Similar to Treetop Tumble, you’ll have to find the right path to get to the crown, which is much easier than it sounds…

That’s not all coming to Fall Guys Season 5: Jungle Adventure however. In addition to the array of jungle adventure-themed costumes, Mediatonic will be trialing Duos and Trios in Fall Guys, which completes the set of multiplayer groups.
