Fall Guys released earlier this month and has been a juggernaut since its launch.

In fact, the official Twitter account of Sony’s PlayStation announced on Wednesday morning that Fall Guys is the most downloaded game in the history of PS Plus. It should come as no surprise considering just how much talk has surrounded Mediatonic’s newest project.

While it is currently most popular on the PS4, it’s coming to other platforms in the very near future. It’s already on Steam, though PS Plus users have drowned out any chance Fall Guys could make headlines on the PC.

Eventually it’s going to be a mobile game and that seems like a perfect place for it.

Fall Guys isn’t on overly complicated game. A pool of players 60-deep all run through various races and obstacle courses. Theres no battle in this battle royale.

In awe at the size of this lad.

Running, jumping and bouncing off of opponents is all this game is about. In a period of time when the news outside is often less than happy and go lucky, the game offers the ability to just relax and have a little fun.

Even when people aren’t playing Fall Guys, they’re thinking about those weird little characters. Although it turns out the characters aren’t all that little.

Mediatonic recently told everyone they are six feet tall. That little fact might unnerve some people.

The characters are cute and sweet. Suddenly being the size of grown adults is more than a little … odd.

Even Skyrim players have decided they want to get their hands on these “little guys.” However, as is the case when it comes to most of the mods in that community, the Fall Guys characters are cool, but also plenty disturbing.

With the success the game had on PS Plus, it’s an open question of what the next step for Mediatonic is going to be.
