Let me ask you a question. When you think of iconic followers and companions from Skyrim, who do you think of? Lydia? Aela the Huntress? Inigo? Even the great J’Zargo himself? Well, prepare to add another to that list as we welcome the Fall Guys from, er, Fall Guys.
Yes, some genius brought it upon himself to mod the Fall Guys (including one supermassive “absolute unit” one for some reason) into existence, and frankly, good on them. Modder M150 has equipped these lovable jelly bean men/women/??? with helmets (some made out of sweet roll – renowned for its protective qualities don’t you know) and weapons that you can forge at any forge – just look under the iron category and you will find a lovely pink stick to arm your lovable Fall Guys with. Just note, as shown in the trailer below, what is also super adorable, can quickly become very disturbing as your army of Slime Climb and Fall Mountain veterans smash up anything you deem not worthy of living with no emotional response – they’re cold and clinical killers.
For all those with the Dragonborn DLC (it’s required for the mod), you’ll be able to meet the Fall Guys at Whitewatch Tower, just north of Whiterun, one of the more popular destinations in the Skyrim landscape. I’d hurry if I were you, I wouldn’t want to keep them waiting.
The game they come from has gone from strength to strength lately. In the weeks since launch, it has become one of the biggest hits of the year, and so it deserves to be, because it’s a really fun time (read our review of Fall Guys here). It’s also been hugely popular on social media, if the massive brand war has been anything to go by, and players have been rewarded with a few updates that have improved the game in numerous ways.
