Grace Is A Talented Violinist

Grace is a violinist and increased her self-confidence by practicing the violin. Scattered all over her Instagram page are photos of her performing on stage with her violin. According to her bio on the Miss Wisconsin Instagram page, she started playing the violin 12 years ago. However, she acknowledged that she still trembles before live performances.

Growing up, Grace realized the only way to conquer her fear was to perform more often. Thus, she decided to compete in Miss Wisconsin’s Outstanding Teen pageants. Later, she was crowned Miss Wisconsin’s Outstanding Teen in 2017, Miss Wausau’s Outstanding Teen in 2016, and Miss Harbor Cities’ Outstanding Teen in 2017. Next was Miss Madison (2020/2021), Miss Badgerland (2022), and Miss Wisconsin 2022. As many people already know, her outstanding violin performance at the Miss America pageant competition wowed the judges.

Grace Wants To See More Women In STEM

The Miss America 2023 Winner wants to see more women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Currently, only a few women like Grace are in the field. But according to her, she desires to see an equal percentage of men and women there. Grace is incredibly passionate about seeing more women in the industry, that if she were not involved in Miss America, she would have been an engineer talking to other engineers. However, she hopes to do so much as the newest Miss America.
