Total War: Warhammer 3 has many campaigns to play with friends to mimick the tabletop game. One of these multiplayer campaigns is Something Rotten in Kislev, which is the smallest multiplayer campaign in the game.
It allows up to three players, making sessions much quicker and compact in Kislev territories. Players are also limited to Kislev-only factions in this campaign because it is a cooperative experience.
The developer, Creative Assembly, has stated this campaign is meant to be played in a single session.
For those who do not know, Kislev is a faction that is usually a minor AI sub-faction that uses units of The Empire. The Kislev typically starts out controlling Northern Oblast, Eastern Oblast, Southern Oblast, and Troll Country.
Kislev may use an Empire unit roster but has been limited to tier 1-3 united and very few heroes and hero mounts. Total War: Warhammer 3 is the first Total War game that allows players to play as the Kislev.
