“Disease History” is a Trader Quest in Escape From Tarkov that requires players to enter the Reserve map and retrieve medical documents for Elvira Khabibullina, also known as the Therapist. According to Elvira, tests for a new flu vaccination have been performed within the Reserve base. The Therapist believes the records will be invaluable for her western clients; therefore, she tasks survivors with searching the locked rooms of the medical unit in Reserve and finding two of the patients’ medical observation journals. The Reserve base is quite large, so players might need assistance to locate the exact spots where the two journals spawn.

Completing the Disease History Quest in Escape From Tarkov

To complete the “Disease History” Therapist Quest in Escape From Tarkov, players must first acquire two keys to enter the patient rooms where the two medical observation journals can be found. These two keys are the RB-KSM Key and the RB-SMP Key.

Escape From Tarkov “Dangerous Road” Quest Guide

YouTube content creator Piranha states that the best place to find the RB-KSM Key and RB-SMP Key is in the hanging Jackets found within the Dorms of the Customs map. However, bear in mind that the spawn rate of these rare keys is wholly dependent on RNG, so players might need to grind several Dorm-Jacket runs before they are able to find the two keys. Alternatively, these keys can be looted from the pockets and bags of Scavs. Additionally, the RB-SMP key can occasionally be found within the Common fund stash, Shturman’s crate. Once players have finally acquired both keys, they must head to the Bishop medical facility in the Reserve base. This hospital can be found across the road from the massive helicopter on the western side of the map.

After arrival, survivors must make their way to the second floor of the building. The stairwell leading to the upper level can be found near the hole in a brick wall leading to the corridor connected to the western entrance. The SMP room is located on the left side of the second floor, while the KSM can be encountered on the right side of the hall. Inside the SMP room, players can find the first medical observation journal for the “Disease History” Quest in Escape From Tarkov between the two wooden cabinets on the right side of the room. The KSM’s journal can be found on the bottom shelf of the broken glass cabinet, left of the entrance.
