Epic Games Store has been one of the most disruptive elements in PC gaming for ages, and it doesn’t look like that’s going to change anytime soon.
The team at the store has indeed announced it will be revealing more exclusive games in time for E3 2019, where it’ll be sponsoring the usual PC Gaming Show.
In that occasion, we’ll get a look at more PC titles releasing the Epic Games Store exclusive treatment, which has touched games like Borderlands 3 and, last but not least, The Outer Wilds.
Epic Games has announced that it will sponsor the PC Gaming Show 2019 and that it will reveal brand new material for several games, including some exclusives, coming to the Epic Games store at E3 2019.
Interestingly, PC Gaming Show says Epic has already been supported by the likes of Annapurna Interactive, Chucklefish, Digital Extremes, Digital Uppercut, E-WIN, Fatshark, Fellow Traveller, Frontier Developments, Funcom, Modus Games, Paradox Interactive, Perfect World Entertainment, Raw Fury, Rebellion, Re-Logic, and Tripwire Interactive.
“This year’s live stream will present more announcements and new trailers than any previous PC Gaming Show. From brilliant indies to studios that have shaped PC gaming for decades, we’re excited to showcase what’s next for the world’s most vibrant gaming platform,” said the team behind the event.
“Epic Games will announce more and new developers coming to its store at the PC Gaming Show 2019 event.”
It’ll be even more interesting to see what’s next for the store, and maybe we’ll get a look at the new features being attached to it, which is very important since it lacks many of the things that make Steam so appreciated.
