Epic Games is showcasing the Unreal Engine 4 at GDC 14, and has released this new features trailer for the popular game engine. Epic announced at the developer’s conference that game makers can sign-up to use the engine by paying $19 per month, plus 5% of the gross revenue from any commercial products made with UE4.

“There are amazing platforms and distribution opportunities available, and with this release we hope the Unreal Engine can help developers build cool new things,” said Tim Sweeney.

We’ve still yet to see the first real game released on Unreal Engine 4.
