Elex 2 has today launched update 1 on Steam, so here’s the full list of changes and fixes with this patch. Today’s patch, being the first and coming so soon after the main game was released, is quite small and doesn’t feature too much outside of things that would be game-breaking. A few smaller bugs are being fixed as you’ll discover in just a moment, though the focus is mainly on ensuring the game runs smoothly for those playing it. There are also a couple of changes for consoles, though just one compared to the list of Steam changes. Either way, without further adieu, here’s everything new with Elex 2 in its update 1 patch notes!

Elex 2 Update 1 Patch Notes

As you can see, there isn’t a lot to talk about here. One big thing worth noting though is, while the vast majority of these changes aren’t on consoles yet, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 both are getting an update today that fixes screen tearing. It’s minor but should make the game run more smoothly. As for the PC fixes though, the biggest changes seem to come to those with Radeon RX Vega graphics cards which were likely running into a myriad of issues. There are also fixes for screen tearing which, trust me, can be frustrating. As for the rest, the fixes are important though seem to be game development jargon that most of us (including myself) don’t understand. Point is, it likely caused serious problems for performance and needed to be tackled.

Elex 2 is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S. For more information regarding this update, check out the official Steam post.
