Magic users in Elden Ring are always looking for a way to get a little more power out of their spells and sorceries in their journey across the Lands Between. One of the best ways to do this is with the spell Terra Magica, sorcery that places a sigil on the ground to increase the strength of cast spells while the player stands in it. This spell has been used fairly often in many viral videos that show bosses like Godrick the Grafted being absolutely destroyed, so players who use a staff rather than a sword and shield will want to know where to find this important sorcery. This guide will explain where to find the Terra Magica sorcery in Elden Ring.

Where To Find Terra Magica In Elden Ring

The Terra Magica spell can be found after defeating the boss found within the Academy Crystal Cave. To reach this cave, start from the Temple Quarter Site of Grace found a little to the northwest of the landmark of the same name. Players will need to head up north towards the rock formation with the Glintstone Dragon Smarag, where you find the Glintstone Key for the Academy of Raya Lucaria. Go to the right of the rocks to the cliffside at the base of the Academy, and you will find a trio of Blue Scarabs and the cave entrance blocked by fog. Use a Stonesword Key to access the area to start your search for the Terra Magica sorcery.

Make your way through the cave until you come to the area’s boss: a pair of Crystalians. Upon defeating the duo, you will have access to an elevator that will take you up to one of the high towers of Raya Lucaria. Climb the stairs and the ladder found at the top of the elevator to reach a lone chest. Within the chest is where you will find the Terra Magica spell.

Elden Ring is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
