Elden Ring speedrunners have worked tirelessly to get impressive speed runs just weeks after the popular Soulsborne game was released. Some players are even beating the game in less than an hour.
One speedrunner, Distortion2, posted a staggering sub-30-minute run of the game on their Twitter page on March 14, highlighting just how dedicated and skilled the speedrunning community can be, even in such a short amount of time.
Not only did Distortion2 post the stats of his speedrun on Twitter, but he also shared the entire run on YouTube to further document his crowning achievement in the latest FromSoftware title. You can watch Distortion2’s full playthrough below and witness the world’s first sub-30-minute run of Elden Ring captured on stream.
Elden Ring was the best-selling game of February, despite releasing at the end of the month, and has become a worldwide phenomenon, hitting nearly one million concurrent players on Steam alone earlier this month, according to SteamDB.
Elden Ring is available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
