Throughout the Lands Between of Elden Ring, there are many locations and landmarks. Some of the recurring landmarks are Rises, towers that usually take a few steps to get inside. One of these towers is Oridys’ Rise, requiring players to find and kill certain spirits around the tower. Once they do so, they gain access to the rise and receive the rewards inside. This guide will explain to players how to get into Oridys’ Rise in Elden Ring.

How To Get Into Oridys’ Rise In Elden Ring

Oridys’ Rise is on a hill in the eastern part of the Weeping Peninsula and, just like its fellow rises, requires players to solve a puzzle to gain entry. For Oridys’ Rise, you will also need to check your morals at the door as you will need to kill three specific spectral turtles around the magical tower. These turtles will spawn once you interact with the book held by a Fanged Imp to the left of the stairs, which will tell you to “Seek out three wise beasts.”

The first two are easy to find as they are close to the book you will need to interact with. From the book, turn around, and you should be able to see the first turtle. The second turtle is hiding in the bushes directly to the left of the staircase, leading up into the Rise. Hit both of these turtles with your weapon of choice to kill them. The last one is a bit of a hassle since it is invisible, though there are hints that will help you find it. Going from the bottom of the staircase up to the Rise, continue to the right until you reach a puddle of water. If you are online, there will likely be multiple messages from other players surrounding the turtle, but even if they aren’t there, you can see the water rippling in the spot where the turtle is standing. Hitting the last turtle will open up the Rise for you to enter.

At the top of Oridys’ Rise, you will get a Memory Slot for your spells and incantations. This is a useful item for those players who prefer to use magic rather than a sword and shield.
