The short answer is yes; there is a New Game Plus in Elden Ring. Upon getting one of the multiple endings, you will be prompted to begin a new Journey. Pressing yes will immediately through you into a brand new playthrough of the game. Opting out of this option will return you to the Roundtable Hold and allow you to continue exploring the world. However, it won’t be possible to achieve any of the other endings until you start a new playthrough either in New Game Plus or as a new character.
