As I said, Gestures used to be found in their own menu, usually brought up by hitting the back button on your controller. Now you are going to find them in the menu along with your equipment, inventory, settings, etc. Press your Options/Esc button to bring up your menu, and you will find your Gestures in the bottom right of the screen.
