Getting Terra Magicus Spell is a must if you want to build that one-cast-kill build. Terra Magicus buffs all the magic damage from any source by 35% for 30 seconds. It can be a deadly combination with summoning a spirit while the spirit keeps the enemy busy, and you shoot spells from afar.
To get this spell, you need a clear the Academy Crystal Cave dungeon located beneath the western cliffs of Raya Lucaria Academy. To get into the Academy, you must first reach the Liurnia of the Lakes, which can be accessed by defeating Godrick of Stormveil Castle or taking the mountainside path north of Stormhill.
The place lurking with Raya Lucaria Sorcerers, but the good news is their spells can be dodged easily. Once you’ve found the Site of Grace, travel down into the tunnel till you reach the water area.
Continue your way until you turn right on the corner, then go forward until finding a wooden door. This is the Academy Crystal Cave’s boss room. The boss is a duo of Crystalians, one with a spear and the other with an arcane staff. They are resistant to damage until they lose some health.

Once you have dealt with the Crystalians, head towards the chamber and up the tower above the Academy Crystal Cave. After climbing the ladder, you can see the chest containing Terra Magicus Spell on the rooftop.
