Just as there are tons of weapons and armor to discover in Elden Ring, there are many different spells and incantations to uncover in the Lands Between. How To Get The Swarm Of Flies Incantation In Elden Ring
Players who want to get the Swarm of Flies incantation will need to journey to the blood-laden zone of Mohgwyn’s Palace. There are two ways to reach this zone. One can be done early by doing White-Faced Varre’s questline at the Rose Church, which will reward you with the Pureblood Knight’s Medal item, allowing you to teleport to the Dynasty Mausoleum Entrance in the Mohgwyn’s Palace. The other way is to find the parts of the Haligtree Medallion and use the teleporter found in the location pictured below. This will take you to the location at the Palace Approach Ledge-Road Site of Grace overlooking the area. From the Dynasty Mausoleum Entrance Grace, make your way down the stairs and go past the spectral skeletons until you reach the lake of blood. Keep an eye to the left, where you will see caves as you make your way through the lake. The second small cave you come across will have three red Albinaurics and some Gloveworts. At the end of this cave is the Swarm of Flies incantation.

The Swarm of Flies incantation will summon a horde of blood flies in from of the player. Despite being in such a late-game area, this is not an incantation that requires high stats, only needing the player to have Level 11 in Faith and Level 16 in Arcane.
