Lusat’s Glintstone Staff is a Sorcery-casting armament in Elden Ring capable of dealing high-burst damage. The staff’s primary feature is its innate passive ability which enhances the power of all Sorceries by roughly 11%. However, this potency comes at the cost of a 50% increase in FP consumption for all Spells, a drawback that can be detrimental to those lacking Mind. Fortunately, Tarnished mages can transiently circumvent this deficiency by using the Cerulean Hidden Tear, a Wondrous Physick mix that removes all FP cost for 15 seconds. Hence, when paired together, Lusat’s Glintstone Staff and the Cerulean Hidden Tear make a highly potent combination for spellcasting.
Finding Lusat’s Glintstone Staff In Elden Ring
Lusat’s Glintstone Staff in Elden Ring is located in the Chair-Crypt of Sellia, northwest of the Town of Sorcery in Caelid. Unlike Lusat’s legendary armor set acquired during Sellen’s questline, the staff is not tied to quests or world progression. However, the Nox Swordstress and Nox Priest boss duo must be defeated to retrieve the magical armament.
Elden Ring: The Best Carian Regal Scepter Build
The Chair-Crypt of Sellia can be found slightly to the northeast of Caelid’s central Aeonia Swamp. Tarnished adventurers can reach the crypt relatively early during their playthrough by triggering the teleportation chest in the Dragon-burnt Ruins of Limgrave, transporting them to the Sellia Crystal Tunnel. After bypassing the guards and exiting out the southern entrance, they can find the Chair-Crypt of Sellia directly to the southeast of the mines.
However, an arcane seal will block Elden Ring players from entering Nox Swordstress and Nox Priest’s lair. To dispel this barrier, Tarnished must solve the puzzle of Sellia, Town of Sorcery, by lighting all the blue braziers atop the townlet’s three towers. Once the seal has been broken, a boss fog gate will take its place, and adventurers can enter to battle against the duo to acquire Lusat’s Glintstone Staff in Elden Ring.
Elden Ring is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
