There is no denying that Elden Ring is challenging, and every once in a while, everyone needs help. There are spirits that you can summon to help you during fights. Each of these spirits has its unique ability that would have more effect while fighting a specific type of enemy. One of these great spirits is Cleanrot Knight Finlay, who uses Holy damage, and can do both melees and ranged with excellent physical resistance. Here is the guide on how to get Cleanrot Knight Finlay’s Ashes in Elden Ring.

How to Get Cleanrot Knight Finlay’s Ashes in Elden Ring

Cleanrot Knight Finlay’s Ashes are located in a secret area called The Haligtree, which can be accessed once you’ve attained two Haligtree Secret Medallions. One of the halves is located in the Village of the Albinauries, and the other is located in Castle Sol.

After getting both halves, head to the Grand lift of Rold and use the medallions to unlock the secret area. There is a puzzle you need to solve involving lighting four fires.  Then you can go towards the northern point of the town and use the teleporter to the Haligtree region. Progress through the area until you reach the Prayer Room Site of Grace.

After you get there, head towards the east until the path curves towards the left. Head down and jump off to the platform. Then you will find a room on your left and can see the chest that contains the Cleanrot Knight Finlay Spirit.

The only drawback of this summons is that it costs 127 FP. If you do not have enough points, the best option is to use the Cerulean Hidden Tear, eliminating all FP consumption.

Elden Ring is now available for PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series|S.
