Players may find many surprises in The Lands Between, from gruesome enemies to illuminating questlines. In fact, some of Elden Ring‘s strongest questlines are so carefully disguised that beginning and finishing them may be pretty challenging. One of these is Preceptor Seluvis’ quest. It demands that the Tarnished have found the sorcerer’s hidden lair and purchased all of the Sorceries he is selling. Then, users will need to get a unique object called the Amber Starlight. The Preceptor plans to incorporate this item into a hazardous concoction. Here is how to find and use this Amber Starlight in Elden Ring.
Finding Amber Starlight in Elden Ring
The Grand Lift of Dectus and the Ruin-Strewn Precipice provide access to the Altus Plateau, which is located north of Liurnia of the Lakes. Northeast of the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace, in a cave that can only be reached by way of a short ravine, is where you may find the Amber Starlight.
Pidia, Carian Servant at Carian Manor, sells a Weathered Map revealing the precise location of the Amber Starlight. Players that wish to avoid the fee, however, should just go a little way east of the Site of Grace before turning north and looking for the cliff gap.
Elden Ring’s Amber Starlight is waiting behind a statue of Malenia and Miquella at the cave’s rear. After obtaining the Amber Starlight, gamers must prepare to flee or engage in combat with one of the nearby Land Octopi.
Using Amber Starlight
The Amber Starlight is a significant component of Preceptor Seluvis’ questline.
Seluvis will disclose his scheme to convert Ranni into a puppet using a magical concoction known as the Amber Draught once players have found the Preceptor’s secret quarters beyond Ranni’s Rise and acquired all of his sorceries and puppets.
Elden Ring: How to Get the Flame of Frenzy Incantation
Players just need to present the Amber Starlight to Seluvis to complete the quest. This is the main component of the potion.
Those who turn in the Amber Starlight will get the Magic Scorpion Charm. This Charm increases magical damage and the player’s vulnerability to physical injury.
Elden Ring is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
