One of the many elements that make Elden Ring so unique is its approach to character development; there are no classes in Elden Ring. Instead, you mold your character to fit your preferred playstyle. Today we’ll discuss Barbarians of the Badlands, one of the six regions in Elden Ring. For game fans, the recent Elden Ring leaked information has been both exciting and frustrating. While it’s always fun to speculate about what might be in the next game, it’s disappointing that we’ll probably have to wait a while before we get any concrete information. Buckle up and join us as we explore everything known about Barbarians of the Badlands!

What do we know so far?

The Elden Ring badlands DLC may have been leaked thanks to a ransomware attack on Namco Bandai. According to malware tracker vx-underground, the infamous ransomware gang ALPHV (also known as BlackCat) has claimed responsibility for the attack and has Elden Ring leak information about the Elden ring badlands DLC. While this is all unconfirmed, it’s undoubtedly an exciting development.

What can we expect from the Elden Ring badlands DLC?

One potential silver lining is that the leaked data has given us a glimpse into Nepheli Loux’s quest line. For those who don’t know, Nepali Loux is the chieftain of the Badlands, and his quest line is one of the most popular in the game.

Elden Ring fans will recall the Badlands as a territory outside the Lands Between. After Godfrey/Horah Loux lost his grace and role as the first Elden, he was sent to this place. The Badlands was a great danger-filled place filled with beasts and bandits. It’s unclear what, if anything, has changed in the years since then, but it’s safe to assume that it’s still a pretty dangerous place.

It’s important to note that the powerful Red Loux was previously the ruler of the Elden Ring Badlands, and he married Queen Marika, the goddess of the Lands Between. He then took on Godfrey and became her lover and military commander.

Godfrey and the rest of Tarnished perished in the Badlands. It was previously believed that the term “Eldan” referred to someone from those lands. However, it was later established in Elden Ring, laying the groundwork for the game’s story. However, with Elden Ring’s recent leaked information, all of this may have changed. Only time will tell.

A DLC set in the Badlands, which exists outside Elden Ring’s Lands Between and its lore, would allow players to explore a previously uncharted area.

When can we expect the Barbarians of the Badlands?

It sounds like we can expect the Elden Ring badlands DLC sometime in the future. However, the release of the DLC might get delayed.

While we don’t know much about its quest line yet, it’s sure to be an exciting addition to the game. So, we’ll have to wait and see what happens with Elden Ring.
